Author's brief history
Born in Scotland in 1953.
Without going to university, I went to Daramusara in India, studied as a Tibetan Buddhist priest for three years, and then practiced asceticism in Switzerland.
Later, I studied Zen Buddhism at a Korean Jogye Buddhist monastery for three years.
As a writer, I write many books related to Buddhism, and hold lectures and retreat in various places around the world.
