Seiji Otsuji
Born in 1923 in Tokyo.
He started his career as an avant-garde art movement after World War II. He published experimental works based on his deep understanding of 20th century arts such as Surrealism.
In the 1950 s, he joined an avant-garde art group "Experimental Studio" and "Graphic Group".
He also filmed a large volume of documents about contemporary art activities.
