Players become rich Dutch merchants in the 17th century and participate in an ambitious plan.
They use sophisticated windmills to irrigate land surrounded by levees and plant cabbages, brassieres and tulips.

To do this, players purchase windmill designs (windmill tiles) from the market and plant them.
They also purchase seeds and plant them around their windmill (farmland tiles).
